- Shri Dolingstar Kharshiing lodged a complaint that on Jul 7, 2024, one Raphael Dohling took his motorcycle (ML-05AA-7153) for a test ride on the pretext of purchasing the same and failed to return back.
- Smt. Tina Sun lodged a complaint that on Sep 24 circa 1 pm, unknown miscreant(s) broke into her residence at Umlyngka Lumshyiap, Upper Shillong and committed theft.
- Shri Kusman Rani lodged a complaint against three persons, viz., (1) PL Mawnai, (2) E Basaiawmoit and (3) P Marbañiang, alleging them of stealing cash Rs. 10 lakh from his vehicle (ML-05T-5746) at Kynrud village (EWKH), on Sep 17 around 9.30 pm.
- Shri Minarul Islam lodged a complaint that on the night of Sep 19, unknown miscreant(s) stole twenty-five batteries from an Airtel tower at Jogogre (NGH).
- Shri Ziadul Hoque lodged a complaint that on Aug 29, 2024 circa 9 am, one Piletha Sangma along with others, demanded money and assaulted his brother viz., Shri Eunas Ali (37 yrs) at Baksapara (SWGH) and fled away. As a result, the victim sustained grievous injuries and was shifted to CH Ampati from where he was referred to GNRC Hospital, Guwahati, where the attending MO declared him brought dead.
