Un-identified dead body (22/02/2018)

On 21/02/2018 one un-identified male dead body was found lying dead on the PWD road-side between Laitlyngkot and Kyrdemkhla village with both his legs and hand tied with red colout plastic rope and tied with black muffler around his neck and also having tattoo mark "786" on both arms. After Post Mortem the dead body was kept in the Civil Hospital Morgue Room for indentification and claiming.
