QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL GOODS

Seal Quotation affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 25 (Twenty five) only are hereby invited from interested firms for supply of Electrical Goods (list enclosed) during the year 2014 - 2015 and the same should reach this office by 1St July, 2014 at 12 Noon. Quotations will be open on the same day at 2 PM. Any Quotations received after the specified time and date will be rejected. The rate should be clearly written both in words and figures and no overwriting will be entertain. The rates so approved should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery to be made in the office of the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills, Shillong. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. Details as available in the office of undersigned during working hours.

Tenderer(s) should furnish the following along with the tenders.

• 1 (one) attested passport size photographs of the tenders
• Attested copy of V.A.T Certificate.
• Attested copy of Trading licence (in case of Non Tribals)
• Attested copy of Professional Tax.
• Attested copy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
