On 15.12.2018 one Smti. Manmohini Singha whose photograph is shown above was found loitering at Laban area by the general public. Accordingly she was shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong for Medical Examination but the attending MO referred her to MIMHANS, Shillong so she was forwarded to MIMHANS and on 05.07.2019 information was received from MIMHANS that the said person was admitted in ICU Ganesh Das Hospital Shillong.
