    • Shri Dondor War lodged a complaint that on Sep 30, 2025, unknown miscreant(s) stole (1) AJB Power cables and (2) two Remote Radio Units total valued around Rs. 3,35,870/- from a mobile tower at Mawdulop, Mawkynrew (EKH).
    • One elderly female resident of a locality in Shillong lodged a complaint that on Oct 10, an unauthorized transaction took place and a total amount of Rs. 2 lakh was debited from her Bank account.
    • Shri Henry Dkhar, Rangbah Song Dymmiew Umphyrnai and Shri Kostan Wankhar, Executive Member jointly lodged a complaint that on Oct 10 around 10 am, two persons viz., Samuel Mukhim and Robin Kharumnuid, threatened them with dire consequences.
    • On Oct 14 around 5.30 pm, acting on inputs, Police intercepted on Hyundai Venue vehicle (AS-01EJ-8977) driven by Abdul Rob Laskar (22 yrs) at Umkiang, NH-6 and recovered / seized five soap boxes containing 60 grams of suspected heroin from the vehicle.
    • On Oct 11 circa 10.30 pm, BSF personnel of BOP Naljuri apprehended one suspected Bangladeshi woman viz., Smt. Bilkish Begum at a place under Dawki PS (WJH).
    • On Oct 11 late evening, BSF of BOP Muktapur (WJH) handed over eight apprehended Bangladeshi nationals to Police at Dawki PS.
    • Smt. P Sun of Nongthymmai, Umsning (RB) lodged a complaint that on Oct 13 around 9.15 pm, unidentified miscreants forcibly attempted to drag her son into one vehicle. However, her son managed to escape from them.
    • Shri Bishu M Marak, Resident Engineer, Sub-Station, MEPDTL, Nongalbibra (SGH) lodged a complaint that on Oct 14 around 7 am, during routine checking of tower lines near Nengkra A’we (EGH) by Annual Maintenance Contractor, two High Tension Conductors (HTLC), valued around Rs. 6.96 lakhs were found stolen from the tower sites and four pieces of hardware fittings valued around Rs. 2,32,960/- were found damaged.
    • Shri Rajastheezian Ch Momin lodged a complaint that on Oct 10, two persons viz., (1) Zahat Islam (27 yrs) and (2) Abdul Momin (35 yrs) @ Momenur Islam, stole spare tyre of his Bolero pick-up (A/F) from Hawakhana, Tura (WGH). On 14, general public apprehended and assaulted the duo was and were admitted at CH Tura.
    • Shri Raju Hajong lodged a complaint that on Oct 14 around midnight, unknown miscreant(s) broke into shop at Hawakhana, Tura (WGH) and stole (1) cash Rs. 40,000/-, (2) 25 packets of cigarettes and (3) valuable documents.
    • On Oct 12 around 9.30 pm, acting on inputs, Police intercepted one truck (UP-15DT-9854) driven by one Rafiq, while transporting DBDP label Kashmiri blankets, meant to be delivered to one Amar Dan Charan of Baghmara (SGH), without valid documents except tax invoice paper with letter head of Vinayak Construction which did not match with the HSN code of the blankets. Later, Amar Dan Charan appeared at Dobasipara BH (WGH) claiming to be buyer, but failed to produce valid documents.
